No Complaints

Well, that's probably not true.  However, with the weather, I do not.  It's been perfect.  Not cold, not hot.  Comfortable.

Warm breezes; blue sky; green grass; great sunshine.   I still feel like I'm camping some and I love being outdoors in this weather.  It's easy; simple; enjoyable.

I've been 'moving' alot.  My body has definitely changed some.  Life seems easier when I feel better; stronger.  Exercise is a great thing.

We all KNOW this.  Why is it so hard to do at times.  For me, it seems to get started and make it happen is hard and, yet, once I'm doing it; I can't wait to do it again tomorrow.  It's hard not to do it.  But, to get started; that's tough for me.

I'm just walking on the treadmill; around the horse show; playing with the dogs at the barn while my daughter rides; doing the stairs instead of the elevator many times a day (it's only one flight, but I don't do stairs at home; and working with some free weights.

I really believe that if U decide to just make it a habit to stand in place and walk or dance for only a few minutes, your body will take it from there if you let it.

Is it worth a try to U?

I wish you the experience of your endorphins today.  (Feel good hormone that our brain excretes from exercise/movement.)
