Coming for the Real You.

I'm hoping to share thoughts, fun and insightful information and aha moments with all to better serve ourselves and the universe.

My background is that of Executive Secretary for the local Electric company (11 years).

Certified Personal Trainer (since 1991) and Fitness Consultant for my own company, Beachin Bodies (6 years) and certified in Reiki and Nutrition with training in Cranial Sacral work, Tai Chi, and Meditation. Certified as a Professional Life Coach (2015); Minister at Universal Life Church (2016);

and, possibly, most important,

my own journey through illness and avenues, roads and roadblocks that I have taken to find the real me. (35 plus years).

The me that I was born as. The me that is the all-knowing. I believe the search is endless and we are here to learn and to love and to share it all.

IMess

Messy.   That is what life, our world and my own experiences and those of others, I am witnessing.  Messy.

We are, just maybe, living in some extra messy moments and times.

What isn't messy is honoring what you are experiencing and feeling.  Don't write it off, discard, bury or disengage completely.  What you are experiencing is leading you forward; if we let it.  The ability to create the most amazing and fun stuff can come from experiencing your true experiences in each moment.  

What you feel matters.  It is real.  It is You.  Stay aware through your own love with as much peace within that you can conjure up.  

Your feels do not come out of nowhere for no reason.  They are true.  They are information.  They are wise.  They are You.

To be aware and walk in and through them is, just maybe, one of the greatest things we can do for ourselves, each other and our world.

They are part of your response to the blueprint that you were born with and grew from and through.  

Honor them.  Honor yourself. 

May you let your loving truth preside.  

Sure, feelings can be messy.  Is the mess more messy when we write our feelings off, discount/discard them or disengage from them completely.   You know best.  

My feelings always come back until I honor them and process them; experience them in a way that feels most like me and not a 'survival form' of myself or a great discomfiture for me.

You know you got it if it takes you towards happy.  Home within yourself.  

Peace.  A lot of awesome joy comes through peace within.  

We breathe better, feel better, are better when we own what we are experiencing and feeling our unique and truthful feels.

Even when all the options that are present are not any we wish to choose, stay within your wisdom of your heart, soul and mind.  

May you open to the miracle of You.

Totality

The balance of life is in the totality of our entire lifetime, perhaps.   We keep walking thru the sunshine, storms, rainbows and wind.   To fully experience all that shows up in our world is to know the totality of who we are.   

The energies showing up and the energies that make us who we are feel extra ‘lit’. There is amazing, miraculous and scientific energy, in abundance, for healing, letting go and becoming anew.  

May you tap into it; into yourself and allow this divine, unique energy to create healing, letting go and becoming anew.   

It is happening.  Change is the present.  You are happening.  Being fully true to You is the change that will be miraculous for You; for our world and each other. 

Let love. Let truth. Let trust. Let vulnerability.  Let kindness.  Let wisdom and the uniqueness of yourself show up and through the abundant energies within and available to You.  

Let the wholesome, wholistic, wholeness of You present itself to You and throughout all that is.

May we build each other up and create a world where we all live genuinely and complete; letting love lead.

Ring

What makes you happy…. Do that.  Go there.  Follow it.  Feel it. Allow it.  Invite it.  Create it.

May you know what makes you happy and get you some; as often and as much as possible.  

If you are not sure, play around with some ideas and/or thoughts.  Try new and old things.  

May you land on your happy as quickly, easily and often as possible. 

It does not have to be big, out of the park things.  It can be as simple as petting an animal or spending time in nature.  A shared moment with someone you love.  A deep breath and filling yourself up with your own love. 

Something warm when you are cold.  Something cool when you are warm. Enjoying the warmth   Enjoying the cold.  

You know best.  Our bodies react positively; lightly; alight.  

Follow your bliss. 

Follow your contentment. 

Live (in) what makes you most feel like You.  

Honor all that you feel.  Be real with yourself. 

Perhaps, step outside of yourself and look at yourself with loving, open and genuine authenticity.  What do you want to stop doing…  What do you wish to do…

Come on, get happy.  

May you keep ringing what rings true for your happiness.  Ding Dong.   Ha.
