Full Mooning

Be as only you can be.  Live as only you can live.  Do as only you can do.  Love as only you can love.  Your energy is most lovely and complete when you share authentic, unique and vulnerable You. 

May you “Just 9Be U”.  “Grow Yourself Complete”; again and again and again.   Shine as only you can shine.   Shine on awesome one, Shine On. 

May you let your love, authenticity and uniqueness guide, create and empower you.  Plug into these completely individualized aspects of you often and allow for a recharge.  

You as You are; in the moment; in the now; from your truth; from your place of experiencing, witnessing and living as You are now.   There is nothing more beautiful, more real or of more importance.  

Feel.  Embrace.  Process.  Let go.   Love.  Become. 

May you let be empowered the many aspects of You Shining On.   

Like the moon — Live your purpose in and through each phase and the many different circumstances you find yourself involved with.    May you keep being, believing and shining in da light that is You(rs).

Hello vulnerable You.  There is nothing stronger, more courageous, more amazing, more beautiful, more empowering or more freeing.  

Light yourself up through the clouds into clarity and introduce yourself to you, to your loved ones and to one another; to our new world; our new earth; our new way of being and living.

Welcome to Heaven on Earth.   Just what if You have been chosen to be here and now to do just this.  

Focus on Your Likes

May you focus on what is beautiful in your life; what is soothing; what encourages You to feel most like You.  Go there.  Stay there. 

When you get pulled away, and you will because you are human too, realize it and choose to look for beauty, peace, excitement and the feeling that you know that tells you that ‘this’ is for You; for your best 'state of mind'. 

There are many vibrations; many energies; many uninvited 'things'; many 'elephants in the rooms; much 'swept dirt under the rug' that is being disclosed to us all now.  We are being asked (forced) to looksee and really see and look at everything (or at least many things) that is real and true; bothersome and (feels like and/or is) threatening.  

May you stay true to You. 

This is the time when you might want to know your own love, your own gentleness, your own kindness, your own strength and believe in it, connect to it and be it.  All that good that is You is always at your disposal.  You just have to believe and think, act and live as such.  

I wish this for you as much, as often and as necessary as possible.  I wish for this to become natural to us all; always.  

I like the goal and I'm going with it.  Perhaps, you want to come with me...   !  I'd love to have You.  

Stillness

Often in our stillness, life empowers our greatness; it can enhance our inner knowing to become our outer doing...  The tranquility within You can incite the excitement of living.  

Many often do not like quiet, stillness, laying on the couch, breathing to just breathe, hanging in nature to just hang in nature.

Most of us know that to do both and create a balance between these two ways of being creates many more opportunities, possibilities, chances, changes and ways/paths and roads open up when the two collide in the middle and we take our inner knowing and combine it and incorporate it with our outer doing.  Bing. Bang. Bam.   

We Happen!  And oh, the fun, excitement, creativity, ventures and adventures that meet us here are some of the most fulfilling, exciting, satisfying and productive things we find ourselves doing.

Which side of this spectrum are you on just now...  How far are you away from the middle, the balance...

May you invite the many sectors of the spectrum from being and knowing to doing and walking in.

The encouragement of your dreams.  The greatness within you.  You living your best life.  You loving your ability to listen, hear and respond to the depth of yourself.  

This is not horsing around only.   This is horsing around to take stock, to jump, to race, to walk, to cantor, to gallop and to honor the champion and the champion things that reside within You.

May you get it on.

Your deep inner knowing empowers your beingness which empowers your doingness.  May you connect to it and let it be so.

Trust

Trust is a five letter word.  Without the "T" it would be rust. It rhymes with bust, just, dust and must.

We must trust to be most courageous.  When we do not trust, many things are a bust.  It is just to trust.  We may get dust on our trust.  We can always clean it and start fresh, anew and let our lust for trust create and adjust new paths, openings, courage, ideas, dreams and profound moments in our lives.

I have no idea why I'm writing all silly, but I am.  So, I shall just go with it and hope that this post finds its place and finds a good fit.

I realized that trust is an iffy thing.  If this happens.  If this doesn't happen.  How I am feeling.  What I am thinking.  How much do I understand.  How well do I know.  Can I just blindly trust that everything will fall into place and having trust can be my ace...  (ha, sorry - lol)

I find that when we trust ourselves that whatever happens, however things 'play out', wherever we find our self, whatever outcome shows up, whether I was safe in trusting or not, when I trust myself to handle anything and everything that comes my way, I am more free to trust life, people, and situations in general.

Trusting one's self is the ultimate 'hall pass' to trusting everything and every one else.

Whether my trust is not honored or respected.. Whether what I trusted worked out in a positive way, trusting myself to respond accordingly in the way that I best know how will create the best path possible for me in each situation, relationship, hope and dream.

Maybe it is not so much about trusting others but trusting ourselves to not let ourselves down, to see 'it' through and to know what to do when there is something to be done.

May you give the gift of trusting yourself and see what it frees in you and see what it sets in motion and let your courage create what you so want to create.

Go.  For.  It.

Do You.  You choose who You are and who You want to be.  Do You.

Trust yourself to always be vulnerable enough to do You and embrace the journey that this creates because You always have your back.  And, just maybe, you will learn for sure that many, many other people, situations and life itself is on Your side and wants the best for You and wants for You what You want for You.

Starfish

Walking the dog yesterday along the water's edge, I looked down and saw a starfish on the sand at the bottom of the intracoastal waterway.  It was a beautiful blue sky day with light cool winds and very warm sunshine.  The weather and atmosphere was inviting, comfortable and relaxed.  I have yet to learn how to take a clear picture through the surface of the water down into the depths of the salt water.

I tell myself it is a a psychedelic starfish.  I think about wishing upon a star fish.  I feel gratitude for the lovely creature and the beautiful color of the water with rays of sun shining through. I thank it.  I give thanks for the moment and I try my best to capture it in hope to, perhaps, share it with You.

If it is in you to do so, make a wish with me.  Make your own wish to our psychedelic and magical  star(fish).  

I look up the word psychedelic and the meaning in the dictionary is 'a profound sense of intensified sensory perception, sometimes accompanied by severe perceptual distortion...'  Words in the thesaurus for psychedelic are 'freaky, mind-bending, mind-blowing, mind-changing, mind-expanding, trip'.    

May you let your mind expand, bend, change and be blown in all the ways that open you up to You being awesome You; as easily, as much and as often as possible. 

May you let kindness and love transform, evolve and grow the you that you are and the you that you want to be into 'being all that you are' through your own trippy, playful, serious and awesome self.

You are the controller of your reactions, thoughts, growth and experiences.  We may not control what experiences/situations/people come our way but we do control our reactions and thoughts to each and every thing/one.

May you keep your cool alive and perceive (to your best ability) the life that you are in and that comes your way into the life that is fulfilling, productive and, perhaps, even astonishing.

I believe in You.   I wish You your best of You.  I wish you joy and fun and to star in your own life through the most helpful and feel good way you have available to You in all of your experiences and connections.

Amen.  And so it is.  And so you may.  And so you can.  And so you do.  Freaky good!  

Healing is Within You

When asked for help this morning, this was my response to the individual that was brave and awesome enough to ask for it...  

“May you breathe the beautiful energy of You.  I know it can be so hard and it can feel impossible.   Is there one cell of yours that you can find the true awesome, beautiful, aware, lovely, innate, loving you in... go sit in that cell my lovely.   You are love(d).  These times do not feel easy.   I believe in You.  I send you love all around and through you.   I think you are amazing.   I care.   Wham Bam.  The universe and divine love is in you my precious one.  

Breathe deep and touch it and let it touch you.   Please.  Amen.  May it be so."

When I was done typing it, I heard to share it.   I felt a sensation within myself that there are other people; other humans; other beings that could, perhaps, get some help, guidance, love, encouragement from it.  

So, here I am sharing.  I share in hope that it can be of help to You and/or a loved one of yours.

May you breathe the beautiful energy of You.  The universe and divine love that you seek is in You my precious one.  

May you find the place(s) inside of You that knows this and sit in this place of your own knowing, being, innateness, divineness and love.

I send you 'beautiful' as You deserve beautiful in your life, breath, day, hour, minute, second; as much as possible; as beautiful as you will/can allow.

You deserve to be divine, beautiful You.  It is your birthright.  It is your purpose, perhaps.

Believe

BELIEVE.. “To have confidence in the truth, the existence, or the reliability of something, although without absolute proof that one is right in doing so.” (dictionary)

Believe.  This just may be a big 'ask' right now in some areas for some people.  Our world has and is changing.  We have and are changing.  Changing in ways that many of us do not know how to; do not know the way; are uncertain of the steps.

One of the best things we can do when we do not know in our mind and may be challenged by our hearts, is to focus on here; now.  What step are you willing/able/wanting to take just now...  It may be something big and daring.   It may be something small and easy.  It may not be a step at all.

Whatever it is for you in the here and now, allow it.  Open to it.  Feel it.  Trust it.  Believe in it.

Believe in yourself.  That whatever may come from this step that you choose, you Will know the next one and the next one, each and every time in the precise time you are supposed to step.

Just believe in You.   and Step.

May you believe in your own power and empowerment that what is inside of you will rise.

If something is meant to be, there is nothing or no one that can stop it from being so. 

Believe. 

I truly do.  Even, at times when it feels that I do not, if I go deep enough and love myself enough...  I can find the place where I am always believing.

May you go deep enough and love yourself enough that you can always find the place where you are always believing.

Superfine

Our world is in a mode unlike any other we have experienced, read about, learned about, knew about, lived and/or even thought about.  We are in a totally unique uniqueness for You, for Me, for Us.  Since March of 2020, I have heard myself say that I am holding space for; I am open to; I am here to live my love; experience by beingness and design life from the truth of my innate knowing, soul, heart, mind and breath.  I have always felt this way and now more than ever it is in this time that I feel I have been provided for and supplied with.  It is my hope that this (what feels like) truth to me, I can render true, free, alive, well, loud, out loud and just because it is in me to believe this...  I am learning to honor my calling deeper, louder, truthfully, willfully, courageously just as it is supposed to be so.  This prayer is what comes from this part/these parts of myself.

Dear Higher Power:

Please let us feel Your love.  Please let us feel Your presence.  Please help us to be and do better.  Guide us to our best and most loving path to stop the chaos that our world is experiencing.  

Help those that are hurting to feel love.  Help those that are love to keep their hearts open and continue to send out love and to keep some for themselves.   Help those that are in the middle of chaos to have the ability to step back and/or out and connect to their own loving grace. 

I believe there are so many more humans with loving hearts than not.  I believe we all know and suffer some kind of hardship(s).  Yet, perhaps we do not always have to make hardship our focus.    

May you teach us, show us and empower us to create, live and offer the best of what is available to us; to carry on from this moment forward in the most beautiful and fulfilling of ways.  

Teach those that are hurting to reach out for help.  Teach those that are hurting to not continue the hurt but to find easier and more loving ways to deal with and process the hurt.  To turn it from pain to lessons and betterment; to empathy and awareness.  

Let us be one in togetherness to stop the fighting, the pain, the horrific and the terror as much as possible.   

Let us not live in fear.  Let us live from love. 

Teach us to create peace and harmony. Teach us to let it deep within each of us so that we may build it and share it and pass it forward.  

May we let there be peace on Earth and let it begin from within.  

May You show us to be able to feel our own peace within.   May You enter our hearts and let us know, feel and be the saving grace that we are learning is greatly needed today; everywhere and throughout the things we are experiencing and for all persons in this journey that we call life. 

May we learn honor and to be honorable.   May we open to the best of ourselves and each other.   

Help us to see and know our own responsibility in our actions and reactions.   

May we invite, be, know, experience, create, get in touch with and share ‘super fine’.   As in ‘oh that is superfine child’!   

Amen.

And so it is.

When we live our life from within out, we are closer to what is divine in us.   When we live authentically open and free.. spontaneity and joy, strength and togetherness, empowerment and love live with us. 

May you free yourself to be, do, live, share...  well, YOU; Everything YOU. 

 THE TRUTH, LIGHTNESS, AND LOVE THAT IS YOU(RS) ON.

With It

Always remember...   You are amazing.  You are love(d).  

May you go where you are led by a source more magical and real than just your mind alone.  Feel it within you.  Trust it.  Trust the uniqueness of You.  Some call it ‘gut instinct’.   It has been known to be called ‘weird’ because there is not a mindful, scientific understanding of this 'thing'.   Some call it ‘innate knowing’ or the ‘all knowing’.    Some call it ‘divine intervention’.    Call it what you will.   Whatever you call it, may you trust it, open to it, let it, go for it, live in it, douse yourself with it and in it.   Let You happen.   YOU, as real as can be (especially through your love), is what our world needs now.

May you trust the process of life; your life.  

May you keep your mind and your heart and your connection between both open.

Go with it.  May you let your inner knowing be heard by your mind and through your heart.

Empower your power.   

Honor thyself.

Be poetry in motion.

You were born to soar, simply, by being yourself.   

Let your whole self be in sync.  Invite homeostasis.  Let what you feel, what you think, what you love be what you live.

Just because.  Let this be how you roll best.

'You know you got it when it makes you feel good'.   Good in a way that everything is aligned with the flow, the process, the ease of living your most true, best, loving, present and amazing self.

Full Mooning

I had written this last week when we had the last full moon of 2020.  We had the last of 2020 and the remnants, results, experiences, feelings, productivity, change, challenges, gains, lessons and losses will be with us...  The Us who lived in and through 2020; always.

I want to honor the people that did not come with us into 2021.  It was not their purpose.  It was not in their grand plan (the plan they were born with) of life and living.  Many have come into 2021 without their loved ones; family member(s) and friend(s).  I care.  

May we bow our heads and open our hearts and feel gratitude for the love we share(d) with them and may we live forward in honor and because of them.  They would want us to.  They are forever with us. They are forever in us.  They are forever a part of us.  We honor them with the greatest of love.  

May you let yourself feel, process, love and do it your way as much and as long as it takes.  There is no right or wrong way.  May you honor them through living the life fully that is yet within you.

We all are born.  We all visit here for a bit.  We all die.  This is the process of life.  May we live while we are here and may we leave this world, when our time comes, a better place than it was before we arrived.

The clouds, the sun, the moon, the stars; the sky is always changing.  Just like life.

Perhaps, if we don’t like what we are seeing or experiencing, wait a few minutes, create a new scenario, think a different thought, open to a different course, see a different way, choose another outlook; experience through another part of and/or concept within You.   

You are the one thinking, choosing, creating, seeing, opening to life as you are and do.  You are a galaxy yourself living in a much larger galaxy of things that, maybe, we do not even have awareness of.  Within myself, I am certain there are things that I am unaware of.  I am open to the flow, drive, experience within the awareness of me.

May you be open to the flow, drive, experience within the awareness of You. 

Pick the 'view' that feels closest to your truth, what you are about, what you would like to experience and what you wish to offer yourself, another, others and our world.  

Step into the life that comes from inside of you in and through every situation, relationship, interaction, lesson and blessing; as often, as truthful, as freeing, as beautiful, and as much as you can.  

"You living You" through your loving truth is beautiful no matter how it shows up for you.  This is where acceptance, satisfaction, fulfillment and your best way of being lives.  

I wish you acceptance, satisfaction, fulfillment and your best way of being.

May you live ‘there’ with/within it.   

Stillness. Silence. You.

This just may be (for me) a transference from one year to the next where I don't feel much like celebrating same.  I don't feel that there is possibility for great and/or easy change.  I don't hear many people celebrating in the common way as the meaning of celebration and many other meanings within our individual and collective lives is different/has changed.  New York City and Times Square was way different than I have ever experienced it.  They did a wonderful job of  bringing the 'best of' to us and the difference was deeply felt, seen and experienced.

We are learning.  We are changing.  We are becoming.  We are growing.

Your job, if you choose to accept it, is to:

Know your own stillness and silence in just one full breath; from time to time. 

Be aware of your whole body, your whole breath; whole You.   

Live in your truth out loud and lovingly in whatever manner(s), road(s) and way(s) come up from within you and shows up in front of you. 

May you be aware of a stillness and silence in the wholeness of being You.

Now is the time to become all that you are and choose to be in the best and most true way available to You.

You matter.  Everything about you matters.  

As you know your stillness, you know yourself.  Do not fear.  Embrace.  Be gentle.  Be strong.  Let your gentle strength carry, react to and support You.

Sending out much love.  Holding open as much loving space as I can.  Believing and allowing my faith to stand strong, true and loving...  even in my most vulnerable time(s).  

Your truth will set you free.  Us living in our full truth as lovingly as possible may just be one of the most beautiful things we can all experience.
