Coming for the Real You.

I'm hoping to share thoughts, fun and insightful information and aha moments with all to better serve ourselves and the universe.

My background is that of Executive Secretary for the local Electric company (11 years).

Certified Personal Trainer (since 1991) and Fitness Consultant for my own company, Beachin Bodies (6 years) and certified in Reiki and Nutrition with training in Cranial Sacral work, Tai Chi, and Meditation. Certified as a Professional Life Coach (2015); Minister at Universal Life Church (2016);

and, possibly, most important,

my own journey through illness and avenues, roads and roadblocks that I have taken to find the real me. (35 plus years).

The me that I was born as. The me that is the all-knowing. I believe the search is endless and we are here to learn and to love and to share it all.

Undoing is Becomng

I keep hearing myself thinking and saying... “In our undoing, we are becoming.”   This feels true to me and I believe it is a better than ever growth (of all living things and connections) that we may be experiencing and witnessing.  Surely not a whole lot of fun, much heartache; much non sense; and we are flowing and/or being forced into a new way of doing many things.

May we let any exhaustion (or you choose a word of your own deep experience) lovingly lead us into the depth of ourselves and out to create ‘awesome’.   As much and as often as possible.   May we trust the process and trust ourselves to be able, ok, enough and love(d).

Thank you.   Yikes. Whew.  Oh my.  Serious stuff.  May feel impossible.  Yet, so much is doable.

Yes we have this.  ‘You’ are doing great in so many ways.   Let the unraveling happen and bring your loving, caring, feeling, truthful and gentle strength into everything you do.

We are 'becoming' a more humane and healing, uplifting, consciously kind (and acts on it) world.

May you let anything that feels like an 'undoing' lead you into your 'becoming'...  everything you are and want to be.
