Self-Talk

I'm wondering what you hear when you listen to your own self-talk.   Do you know that you are talking about yourself and talking to yourself...

Do you tell yourself how amazing and awesome you are or do you tell yourself the opposite or less than...

Do you encourage and cheer yourself on or do you do the opposite or less than that...

May you listen to yourself talking to yourself.

May you listen to yourself talking about yourself.

Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.  May you be your own best friend.

If you catch yourself talking down to or harsh on yourself, say "no more.  This is an old habit.  I am ready to create a new one."  And immediately change it to a loving or opposite version of what you just heard yourself say.

How many times is best to do this...
As many as it takes so you no longer hear, or even sense, anything that is not uplifting, kickass and/or kind.

You are an awesome human being.  You are great at some things.  You struggle with some things.  You enjoy some things.  You are challenged by some things.  You dislike some things.  You love some things.

Every single one of us knows these experiences.   It is supposed to be this way.  It is the human way.

Realize and remember that you are the only one that you truly spend your entire life with.

May you enjoy your own company.  May it be uplifting and kind.  May you have self-compassion and self-love.

When you find and notice that you do not.  Change it.  Right there and then.  Change it to a self-talk that feels divine.

Perhaps, look in the mirror and tell the person looking back that you love them.  Tell them (you) all the great things you see in them.  Congratulate yourself on all the good things you do and have done; the accomplishments you have achieved and the magnificent way that you are open to learn from what can be construed as a loss.

If something doesn't work out, just maybe it isn't for you.  Just maybe, there is something greater/better that awaits you.

Love yourself in each breath as fully as possible.  Place your hand on your heart and thank it. Fill yourself up with your own love.  Thank your body for working without you having to do anything.  If there is something that you feel could maybe work better, send it love.  Listen to the message it is sending you.  Respond with care and love.

Listen to the whispers that encourage you.  Listen to the signs that encourage you.   Listen to the words that discourage you and change them to encourage you immediately.

Your intuition is your innate self talking to you; guiding you; and supporting you to be YOU.

May you listen to your deep inner knowing.  It knows.  As you understand that 'it' knows.   You will understand that your wisdom is unlike anybody else's and just for You and always available.  You may not like or understand it.  Do not write it off.  "Play" with it a bit and see where it takes you.  You just  may be very pleasantly surprised.

Walk in your love, compassion, care and wisdom.  Oh, the things that you are capable of.  You are only touching the surface; very possibly.

May you realize the greatest and greatness of You.
