We All Have a Story

Every one of us is here for a reason; a purpose.  I was just down on the treadmill and a young girl about 10 was down there.  I saw her there yesterday as I passed by doing the wash.

She frightened me a bit.  Cutest girl with shadowy brown hair and big blue eyes that never blinked.

She told me she was there because they had to leave her old neighborhood; she lost all her friends because she wasn't allowed to play with them anymore.  She told me stories about one friend's dog ending up in her backyard and she didn't know how it got there.  There were big rats in her shed and her dad smashed one of them.  Her dog had puppies and some of them disappeared.  Their pool turned green and they threw all their old food in it before they left.  Ohhhh.  I didn't like the stories.

I tried to reach out and tell her what I knew and how I saw things.  I mostly just let her talk.  I felt she needed someone to talk to.  Her mom was up in bed.

We all have stories, don't we.

I will always remember that little girl.  I hope God, the universe, the light energies go with her.

I wonder why God put her in my path.  I am glad I can get out of bed for my daughter.

Wow.
