Life....Change Doesn't Always Happen

I'm back in cooler weather now.  Today it's dreary and gloomy.  My body is achy and I feel like I'm struggling alot.

If this is all my blog is going to continuously say and talk about; I'm not sure I can continue on.

I get tired of writing about my pain and struggle.  I'm certainly tired of feeling my pain and participating in my struggle.

I'm feeling like the reader must really be getting bored.

Same old; same old.

So, change is inevitable in many instances.  However, I'm proof that change doesn't alway happen.  My health is proof of this.  Am I grateful it's not worse - you bet.  Am I frustrated it's not better - you bet.

So, change is not always inevitable.  Yes, from day to day to day, my health differs.   But, looooong run and I do mean loooooong run, I still suffer.  Go figure.

Yep, I'm beat up today.

Forgive me, I'm just going to go with it and see where I end up.  Hopefully, change will happen here.  Ha.

Change; how is it working for you; how is it working against you.  What are you choosing to do about it.
