Body Checkin In

This flucutation in temperatures here is quite challenging for me and my body.  When it drops down to the 30s  in Fahrenheit and goes up to 74 in the same day pretty routinely; my body has a way of not adapting well.

It seems to take me some time for my body to accept the temperature.  My arms and legs are screaming.  I've been stretching daily.  This does help alot.

My thumbs are getting better and I'm hoping they continue in this direction.  Just this morning I went to pick up the phone book and it slipped out of my fingers and ran against my sore thumb and it felt like 'to the moon' pain.  I hate when this happens; I get frustrated and angry alot of the time.  I usally cry from the pain.  Ugh.

I found myself wanting to get up and get out of bed when we were in 70's when I wake up.  Now,
'feeling' and knowing that it's 39 outside; well, can't I just stay in bed is what I hear myself saying.

Hey, but I'm up, dressed and ready to go exploring the town; again.

Let's see what the day brings.  I know some fun and exciting things will be in it.

May your body be happy today with movement, love and some excitement.
