There is a lot of talk and hoopla around traditions and passing down actions/reactions and trauma through our genealogy.
I'm reading where many are desiring to stop it with/through themselves now. This way, we will not let future generations suffer, hurt and follow in our ancestors' previous ways of living and being that ar hurtful.
I even saw a meme where it read "Tradition - Peer pressure from dead people. Unknown".
Life and how we live it is certainly under new eyes, thoughts, awareness and consideration.
I believe this can be a very good thing. I know this can 'stir the pot'. I feel there is a whole lot of 'pots being stirred'.
I believe that so much is coming up so we can choose to look at it, feel it, examine it and either change, keep or replace whatever it is that does come up.
My human brain is not evolved enough to handle it all. My brain is unable and, perhaps, even unwilling to process everything that crosses my path. Our evolution as a whole is just that. Wholly united. We are tied together and aware of so much more than we ever were as a planet; and beyond. As One.
As we enter this wholeness, it is best to, perhaps, go deep within ourselves and our own way of life through the wholeness of who, what and where we are in each moment and every future moment [moment to moment, case by case, experience to experience (in the Now)].
As we uplift, care and love ourselves, we are more able to uplift, care and love each other.
As we build into the essence of our truth, we gather everything that is 'self' and examine it to change, keep or replace what we would like to bring with us into our creation of our future self.
I saw where Matthew McConaughey looks at himself 10 years from now as his hero. He shoots for who he will be 10 years from now and lives his life now to create what a 'hero' is to him. He said he never gets there. Doesn't think he ever will. And what a beautiful gift to himself and his loved ones and our world to look to be the hero in our own journey.
We are the only ones responsible for our reactions to what we know, how we feel and who we are.
Choose You. May you choose You.
I also read where mean people are the ones that are hurting. The saying 'hurt people hurt people' comes up for me just now. I often say when we are happy, we treat people through our happy. So allowing, making, being open to your happy is open to uplifting others. How very cool. !!
May you be open to your happy and share your cool happy self with others.
Oh what a world we would create. I believe. I'm on board. I'm in.
Happy Me. Happy You. Happy Us.
Thank You.
