Stormy

There are moments, times, and situations when life feels so stormy that we cannot think clear or see ahead or past these storms.

We all have them.  We all experience them.  We all have an opportunity to grow from them if we breathe, stay calm, feel and follow our internal and innate gauges.

They may show up to enable and create a different path.  They may show up just to challenge us and show us our own strength.  They may show up from choices we have made.  Sometimes, they just show up.

“Storms draw something out of us that calm seas don’t.”  Bill Hybel

Life feels pretty stormy to many of us just now.  We have no idea what people are going through unless they tell us or we see it.  The strength of the human soul is totally remarkable, resilient and warrior like.  The human mind is too.  Sometimes, however, our human mind can hinder us.  Perhaps, ask yourself if your mind is being kind to you.  If it is not kind, it is not your highest self.

May you breathe in the silence and love of you and listen for the whispers that show up through the silence.

May you be the 'rider of the storm' and believe in your capability to stay in your loving truth to create your best path(s) forward.

“Sometimes when life feels like it’s falling apart, it may actually be falling into place.” spinoff from J. Lynn

“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”  Vivian Greene

Do you.   Just do you.

May you just be the You that shows up to witness and engage in the storm from the most wise and loving parts within You.   Perhaps, ask your head, heart and soul to work in unison...

You are so much more than you can ever (often) imagine.
