As I come here to type my blog post, I find myself hesitant and not as free flowing from what I have experienced. I always knew that what came off the keyboard through my fingers onto the page was something that 'just happened' through an openness that I tapped into.
Just recently with many more coming to visit me here - THANK YOU - I find myself a bit out of this tapped-into-state that was my comfortable place.
I don't want to offend. I don't want to be laughed at. I want to respect and be respected. I have always told myself that I am better one-on-one than in a group setting. I guess this is me finding it easier and less scary to grasp one person than to understand a whole room, so to speak.
I was a 'secretary' a long time ago. My practices were in typing, proofreading, words and sentences. I then became a 'personal trainer', fitness business owner with practices in movement and the body. Next, I became a life coach with practices in cognitive thinking, growth, self-love, healing and living the true self.
I feel as though our whole life prepares us for certain things synergistically. Our whole life finds us a balance and opens paths going forward.
As we trust the process of life and ourselves, magic happens. Miracles arise. Peace incurs. Vulnerability invites communication and relationships of the best kind.
The majority of us want this; I believe. The vastness of what is available to each of us is endless. Healing is possible. Freedom invites liberation.
I want to thrive in each breath. In being who I truly am out loud invites and allows this to happen.
May You thrive with every breath You take.
We are being asked (sometimes forced) to do things differently. As we are true to ourselves and each other, endless healing, freedom and liberation happens.
Do not have to overthink or worry, just Be U. Be true to who You are and what You feel and what You want.
"Just 9Be U". "Grow Yourself Complete" again and again and again.
Being authentically You in this moment is You in your completeness. Amen. And so it is.
