Coming for the Real You.

I'm hoping to share thoughts, fun and insightful information and aha moments with all to better serve ourselves and the universe.

My background is that of Executive Secretary for the local Electric company (11 years).

Certified Personal Trainer (since 1991) and Fitness Consultant for my own company, Beachin Bodies (6 years) and certified in Reiki and Nutrition with training in Cranial Sacral work, Tai Chi, and Meditation. Certified as a Professional Life Coach (2015); Minister at Universal Life Church (2016);

and, possibly, most important,

my own journey through illness and avenues, roads and roadblocks that I have taken to find the real me. (35 plus years).

The me that I was born as. The me that is the all-knowing. I believe the search is endless and we are here to learn and to love and to share it all.

Progress

Progress.

That is what our world is doing.  Progressing.  

Adapt. 

That is what many of our brains are doing.  Adapting.  

Progressing and adapting is the process of many humans. if not most, just now.  

It, often, sure feels like 'helter skelter' to me.

Whew.  

This, just maybe, is good news and not so good news.

The not so good news is that even the professionals in their fields are having to mix, mingle and create with all the options to learn and succeed.

The good news is that even the professionals in their fields are having to mix, mingle and create with all the options to learn and succeed.

We get things done as we are learning how to get things done.

We can flex, bend, adjust, opt out, opt in.  

When it gets too much is when I believe it is time to go inward; see what is there.

Breathe.  Relax into one's self.  Go within.  Listen.  Feel.  Honor.  Begin again.

This is each of our super power.  

What is inside of us is the best and most powerful gift we can bring forth and share with each other.

May you let your super power breathe, be true, adjust and be shared.

We all have something special to give; our unique self.

You have something special to give - your unique self.  

As you give, may you keep some of your precious self for You. Your way.  Let love.

Drop It

 'Drop It Like It's Hot'   Snoop Dogg and Pharrell Williams

When you are holding on to something that feels hurtful, drop it like it's hot.

When you feel stress, drop it like it's hot.

When you feel overwhelmed, drop it like it's hot.

When you have thoughts in your mind that do not feel good, drop them like they are hot.

It has been said that it is not the circumstance that hurts us as much as our thoughts about the circumstance.

You can choose to think in a way that life does not feel so heavy, perhaps.

You can choose to react in a loving way, as best a possible.

You can notice your immediate reaction to 'a thing', and choose to change it.

You can choose a few deep breaths to calm overstimulation.

You can choose You.

Your love.

Your way.

Your peace.

Your thinking.

Your reaction.

If it is not the way you want to be and live, 

May you drop it like it's hot.
