Love happens in many different relationships and shows up in many ways.
The falling in love part is one of the most fun and enjoyable feelings I have known, and fortunately, many times. It is a joy and, I believe, it comes through our very own heart and what we see and experience through our own senses is what makes it so.
We fall in love as we choose our partners in life. We fall in love with our children. We fall in love with pets, friends, things, family members and people we choose as family members. Sunsets, sunrises, activities, hobbies. So many of life’s characters and characteristics we fall in love with when we are open to it and even when we are not.
May you never stop falling in love.
May you fall in love with yourself; again and again and again.
Love can look like laughter and fun. It can be uplifting. It can be helping another, it can be speaking our innermost truth to another. It can be listening to one another’s innermost truth and/or vulnerabilities with open hearts and minds. Invite and share empathy and compassion. Care. Be open to understanding.
Love teaches us. Changes us. Inspires us. Habituates us. We do things because of love and through love.
There can be many lessons in love. Triumphs.
Not sharing or feeling consideration and respect is not love to me. It is either fear, hurt, anger and/or expectations unmet that can create a non-loving moment.
To love one’s self and consider one’s own feelings just may be the greatest love that opens the greatest paths for us individually and, truly, all of humankind. When we do, feel, or say things that do not include our innermost truth/needs, that is not a love that can last. When we give our own needs and desires up for ‘love’, we can create a war within ourselves. To move forward, change, truth and vulnerability create the best relationships within ourself and others.
This open heart and mind truthful energy can imbed itself in every breath we take. It can and does create a new and deeply fulfilling life and it shows us graciousness and invites great gratitude. We come alive living who we are, truthfully and lovingly, from the inside out.
I wish you honor of who and what you feel on the inside and to know the graciousness and deep fulfillment of sharing your truth with compassion and kindness out.
