I was once asked who I was without the titles of life coach, personal trainer, sister, wife, woman, etc.    How interesting that was for me.   

Who am I without my ‘titles’...

I am a loving, caring, likes to laugh and share life person who is happiest when I allow the spirit of me to live free and spontaneously.
