WoMan in the Mirror

When was the last time you looked in the mirror and told the person looking back at you that you loved them...

Thanked them for always being present in your life...

Commented positively on something they did/do a great job at...

Wished them a lovely day...

Stated to them how awesome you think they are...

YOU are at the center of your universe.  YOU.  Everything you know, think, and do affects You first.

When you are happy, loving and open, your days (and nights) are happy, loving and open.

You set the tone for each moment, experience and the journey or adventure you find yourself on or in.

When you are open to easy, you have your best chance at knowing ease.

May you love and be really kind to the person in your mirror.  This person is the only one you spend your entire life with.   They are that important and invaluable to you.

See them.  Feel them. Let them. Connect with them. Know them. Be them.

Thyself.  In loving and supporting thyself, this makes a better world for us all.  When we are happy and relaxed, perhaps, all we can share with each other is the same.

And so it is and always shall be.
